I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist working with adults, adolescents, and couples in California.

About

I am a licensed psychoanalytic psychotherapist who works with individuals, adolescents, and couples to think and feel differently about themselves. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, combining insight-oriented depth work with practical therapeutic tools. I take an intuitive, thoughtful, and direct approach to therapy, tailoring my work to each client and making room for both sincerity and levity. I am passionate about creating meaningful change, both individually and socially.

I support clients with a range of issues, including anxiety, eating disorders, depression, self-worth, family conflict, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in working with athletes, performers, and people who work in high-pressure environments. My experience working with individuals and families experiencing severe mental illness and various risk factors has given me the ability to support people from diverse backgrounds.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in the entertainment industry with high-level actors and co-founded a social justice nonprofit. These experiences deepened my interest in performance psychology and led to my work doing sports and performance therapy with Division I athletes. In addition, I have training in eating disorder treatment, trauma-informed treatment, crisis management, and substance use. I am currently specializing in psychoanalytic psychotherapy which is what I am primarily offering within my practice.
